Babies English Conversation Classes:
These are taught in the morning, so not to interfere with nap time. These are group English lessons in which a parent or relative joins the class with the baby. Children at this age learn English conversation (and most other things) by doing. Singing, dancing, playing, puzzles, and flashcards are important parts of the class. The babies are the focus of the class, but useful English phrases and proper pronunciation are taught to the mothers so they can confidently practice English conversation at home with their children if they choose. Kindergarten English Conversation Classes:
In these group lessons, the children attend alone, without a parent. Like babies, children at this age learn conversation (and most other things) by doing. We play games, play with toys, sing and dance, use flashcards, and do puzzles, among other activities. Lessons are planned and taught so that the students not only learn, but have fun doing it. The students aren't just repeating after the teacher. They are learning new English and then USING it while playing games, playing with toys, singing, or doing presentations. Elementary School English Conversation Classes:
Vocabulary, speaking, listening, reading and writing are all taught, although the focus is on speaking and listening. Like the kindergarten English conversation classes, textbooks are used in all of the elementary school classes. Also like the kindergarten English conversation classes, lessons are planned and taught so that the students not only learn, but have fun doing it. If they enjoy class, they want to come. If they want to come, they continue. If they continue, they get better and better.
Junior High School English Conversation Classes:
During this age, students are starting to study English in a more intensive manner at school. The focus of these classes is to not only to help the students understand the English they are learning at school, but to help them use it in a communicative, relevant, and interesting manner. The focus is on communication, but every week, we have a question and answer time for the students for 15 minutes, where one by one, they can ask questions about what they are learning at school. High School English Conversation Classes:
At this age, the students are able to enter adult English conversation classes. See below.
Adults English Conversation Classes:
We offer these English conversation classes in privates, pairs, small groups, and groups. Levels are from beginner to advanced. These are generally communicative English classes, but test, travel, and business courses can also be taught. In these classes, the onus is on fluency and making your thoughts understood in English in a variety of situations. Textbooks are used in class, and are used as a base, but are heavily supplemented with various teaching techniques. Click here to read more about adult English conversation classes.
